Lift out the pump and mark the point where the cord that holds the switch is attached to the Plastic Pump(KEXON). Attach the new switch at the same point so it will turn on and off at the same water level (Photo 2). Also check to be sure there's an air bleed hole near the bottom of the waste pipe (another potential cause of pump failure). If you don't see one, drill a 1/16-in.-diameter hole into the waste pipe about 2 in. from where it enters the pump. Put the pump back in the basin and reassemble the plumbing. Make sure the float switch moves freely and doesn't get wedged against the sides. Seal around the edge of the basin with silicone caulk if the original gasket or seal is deteriorated.

Boil the beauty Cream Jar(KEXON) containers. This part is meant to sterilize the containers. You can also sterilize glass containers in the oven, but I prefer the boiling method. Fill a small cooking pot with water. Submerge the containers in the water and bring to a boil. You can ONLY do this with glass vials and heatproof containers. If you’re not sure about the caps, I would leave them out. Let the containers boil in the water for a good 10 minutes.

Let them dry. Wait for the water to stop boiling and then very carefully remove the containers with heatproof thongs. The containers will be VERY VERY hot, so be extra careful when you take them out of the water. Let them dry on some paper towels. Make sure they are completely dry and cooled off before you put new oils or product in the containers. Once they’re dry you can swipe everything with rubbing alcohol one last time if you feel that’s necessary. In my opinion you can not do this enough!

The most obvious limitation of thermoplastic Plastic Pump(KEXON) concerns the operating temperatures they can accommodate. As regards capacity, the upper limit for thermoplastic centrifugal pumps on the market today is about 1,000 gal/min, with heads to 240ft. The largest rotary pumps cannot exceed 40 gal/min. The largest thermoplastic magnetic-drive chemical pumps are limited to approximately 400 gal/min against a total dynamic head of 40 ft. Impact resistance and strength of thermoplastic pumps may also pose a problem. They must be protected against falling objects and similar impact dangers, because of possible deformation if the operating temperature is high. Furthermore, thermoplastic material tends to elongate under sustained load (creep) as temperatures rise. For these reasons, thermoplastic pumps must generally be armored, by surrounding the plastic with a metal sheath. This is particularly true of horizontal centrifugal pumps that are exposed in normal plant operations. Accordingly, these plastics' light weight cannot be considered an advantage in those pumps.
